ragh~ sorry for the long absence. 2 weeks?last post was from the march break.
2 weeks have passed just like that.
i'm feeling abit brain-dead, so this post will be rather random.
gna just ype whatever comes to my head.
then again, i've been feeling brain-dead quite often this few days.
physical fatigue? mental, perhaps?
finally cleared lvl 0 for 15rounds on wednesday. 22:14. wooh oo!
and today mantained 9.45 for 2.4km. slowly shave bit by bit off my timing.
and i'm officially an ODAC-er! yay! all those worrying was unfounded, luckily.
one of my batchmates was discussing on whether to petition to bring back the few 1st-intakers.
but personally i think that it is a bit redundant.
firstly, mr lim does not seem like the kind to change his decisions.
secondly, wouldn't it be abit like "disregarding" the j2s decisions?
from day 1, they have explained about their quota and stuff, and everyone gave their best, just so they could stay on as part of batch XI.
not that i want to show off about my "importance" in odac.
if that's what you reading this thinks, then we are probably on different wavelengths. =D
today's botanical gardens hunt was fun.
ginger is also known as zingiber, you know that? i think its the taxo of it..
and there i was thinking it was a scrambled word. hahas.
so after training, was given the oppurtunity to join the competition team.
just a small group, who receives extra training. mainly to take part in competitions.
and win! thats the important part.
just emailed to accept it.. i guess it would be fun.
more new ways for me to push myself. something more than LVL runs. wahaha.
just now, i had dinner with the others. really showed me another side of them.
all people with ginormous appetites. watching them all fight over the desserts, after their big big meals.
rather amusing and scary at the same time. >_<
and knowledge lvl 0.5 next week. gotta start memorizing over the weekends.
okay, enough about odac.
school! PW questions released. draft PI due next wednesday.
that's another thing to be done over this weekend.
getting abit slow in comprehending and accepting new information.
always seems like i get it only at the last few tutorials. but at least i get it.
love my even weeks. everyday ends on the average of 3pm? and super-slack fridays.
but the timetable's being changed, new one again.
not worrying about bringing wrong stuff, since i usually leave my notes under the table.
more of worrying that my timetables get more and more packed.
life's getting more and more packed too. morning runs + odac.
seems like tuesday will be my true only rest day. better than nothing. XD
but still, subject to changes. hahas.
x-campus next friday, and CIP after that.
going national museum view open-air movie, with old folks. interaction and stuff.
cant be too hard, can it?
the canteen's cookie is rrrrrreeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllyyyyy good. big one for $1.30.
heck, i'm pretty sure i can survive break with just one of those.
and re-discovered a liking for Hello Panda biscuits. hahas. :))
lastly, my wisdom tooth.
more or less healed ler. belated thanks to all those who asked abt it.
lucky, considering how i didnt really keep with the "soft diet" instruction? =X
hahas. though my right back tooth twinges abit when i run.
and food getting stuck within. irritating.
but it's loads better.

almost everyone called me nuts, for removing all 4 at once.
but i guess just get it done and over with, once and for all.
pain also pain one time.
hope i recover super duper fast! =D

and also so that i can play bball with my bros on saturday!

but porridge with soya sauce was all she could manage.

OMG OMG~ I saw Orion for myself today!!uber pretty.. =DD hahas.. didnt really expect to be able to see stars in sg..
especially this few days, as it has been raining for the past 2 days.
but after ODAC, everything was there! so glad i didn't leave earlier.
the winter triangle so much bigger than what we drew for our knowledge test luh~
no wonder changyong said that she was hesitating whether to penalise us on that..
and we are super lucky, because we got the see the sword of orion as well.
2 stars extending vertically below the orion belt. heh.
thats orion. but i googled that..
it would have been useless if i took it with my phone cam.
because with its resolution, it will mst probably be just a black screen.
but what we saw was nt as clear as the pic, though alot clearer than what i hoped.
the yellow one on the top left is betelguese, with bellatrix beside it.
the row of 3 stars is the orion belt. and the sword of orion directly below.
and the two stars below, salph on the left, and rigel on the right.
extend a line from the orion belt down towards the bottom right, and it will hit sirius, the brightest star. =D
just sharing, and also let me revise/remember and 暗爽 abit also. heh.
but can't find a pic of orion with the winter triangle though.. ><
anyways, my fellow 1st-intake ODACers are leaving for XP this sunday..
wish you all a safe trip and loads of fun and learning there.
the seniors said that the night sky would be much spectacular in m'sia.
listening to them prep-ing for the XP.. really make me wanna join them sia... TT
but there's still june XP! assuming i can stay on at ODAC after term 2.
the 2nd-intakers has some good runners.. kinda fearing for my spot in ODAC.
passing the tests [ropes, knowledge, medic etc] also does nt secure you a spot. all about commitment. but in a way gotta be fair bah..
i don't wanna talk abt what's next if the worst-case scenario really comes true. >_<
it's the march break! 1 week.
wisdom tooth op on wednesday. going for blood test tml..
hoping to at least go out or bball before i go for the op, since i gotta rest up after the op.
that is, if nothing last minute crops up.
got a neat pile of homework waiting for me as well. damnit.
and some classes dont have any luhh.
well, at least i cleared doubts on my G.P and sigma.. i think. xD
other than that.. gna try to re-visit what's been taught the past 2 mnths.
even before the break, the teachers are already talking abt mid-years, which is like late May?
zzz. nice way to start a holiday, with a reminder abt MYEs. siended.
but other than that, i'm so gna sleep more to make up for lost sleep.
