hahas, due to popular demand~ [yea rite... =P]
okays, 1st of all.. gomenasai for my long absence.
but it's really nice to know people do still visit. ^^
thankqs all.
-----
well, where to start.
okays, in no particular order... or should i say, in the order of when i remember them.
enrolment service-
i've never polished my uniform so dilligently ever since like a few years ago.
i actually dozed off doing my boots. hahas...
the actual parade was nothing spectacular...
the guest-of-honour was the GB's equivalent of our brigade captain i think... an elderly woman..
only 3 staff sergeants promoted. well, somehow i'm sad and happy that time.
sad that i didn't get my stripes.. happy that at least i won't have responsibilities hounding me..
so thats about it...
i really cant remember what else happened the past fortnight..
i only have recollections of loads and loads of practice papers...
1 day left till the mid-years.
sure is fast...
really hope i've done myself justice.
well.. least i mugged today. for the week's papers..
ahh.... no point saying anything now..
Mug hard everyone!!
guess gonna mug abit more before i turn in..

what a crappy piece of entry..
my fingers are like, not responding..
19degrees, inactive.. arghs.
what to do... i've got a selective memory. =))

ending off then...

adiós cada uno.

i'm starting to like spanish. hehs.

the weekends again~ whees...!
-----
friday was d.d.d. IFD.
first was a little mess-up of where to assemble in the morning.
mass-pe that day was slack man, but i appreciated it..
coz' my thighs, back, arms and tummy still aching from the 'aftershocks' of PFT.
hahas.
then the hour-long talk on IFD.
sure that guy is respectable, having got what journalist award or wdv..
but damn, he can't do public speaking for nuts. No Offense Intended.
but he was just like repeating what's on the screen..
it would have helped if his voice was not that monotonous.. ><
okays, maths... integration.
so proud of myself that day, i finished assignment 14 on my own!!
okays, not the whole thing.. had a little help here and there. but i finished majority on my own!
hahas, the previous assignments on integration, simply copying off the board...
so err... yea. "-_-
the periods after recess was usual, my new place quite nice.
near the fan, and the window. much brighter too. =)
after school, hanged out at the fitness room.
first time there... in all my 4 years of being in sec school. heh.
but it wasn't as jialat as i expected.
the only downside was, its just next to the discipline room. so yea, gotta keep it down.
amoskuku 'stashed' weights into people's bags.. someone sure was pissed. =P
then drill, it was retarded. havent done drill in like close to half a year.
and it didn't help with jokers not being serious in front, and people showing attitude behind.
thats why i seriously hate drills that merged platoons. ><
-----
saturday, was like out the whole day.
bb in the morning, woke up at like 6.30am.
nothing much, enrolment service rehearsal. the formation was somewhat the same as last year's.
ah, but at least everything's gonna be over next week.
then we are released for the exams! yay!
and if all goe well, won't be seeing BB for a few months at the very least. v^^
okays, so after bb went home, my sister cooked korean noodles for lunch.
those instant ones, but it still was nice. ^^
and off i went, 4-hours of tuition. 2hrs physics and 2hrs chemistry.
physics, e.m.i. quite recent, so fresh in my memory. nearly dozed off, but managed to keep awake.
chemistry, mr toh didn't come again, a 65yr-old, retired chemistry teacher came.
taught chemistry at SJI for the past 38 years. *whistles*
but he sure has alot of *secrets* to share sia.
he was humourous too, without him knowing.
nearing the end, everyone was pretty much laughing..
at first i didn't know what they were laughing about, and i had that feeling that i was missing something.
but as the laughters intensified everytime he shared a new "secret",
i guess i more or less caught on.
hahas. funny..
-----
ah damn.. a load of homework awaiting me...
seems like it will be a long night again....
keep me company yea.
whoever. >.<

listening to jacky cheung's oldies again really brings back childhood memories. thanks jiaqin. =)

whees, so fun todae. ^^
2.4km. i woke up this morning, and after breakfast, felt excited.
i think i'm nuts. getting all excited about PFT.
but that feeling provided strength. aye.
2nd in the batch, 9:27.76.
wahahas. so proud.
the 1st lap was just plain demoralizing.
all so fast, was like in the middle of the crowd.
but, haha, all slowed down almost immediately after the bend at the swimming pool.
Not leading in the beginning does not mean never leading.
hahas, gotta thank all the AQ trainings for this. heh.
so, PFT's over.
3Cs, 3As. yay! finally acheived my goal of acheiving Gold for PFT.
-----
to all Band members:
Don't feel too sad.
You all did your best.
My officer once told me after the AQ,
"The result does not really matter, as long as you know you have put in your best"
and i'm sure the school knows the effort you all have put in.
Cheer up! =)
-----
okays, signing off...
wahahahas.
and i got caught in the rain on the way back. ><

some people are such fakers. Deception is a serious ailment.

whees, there.
1st day of PFT.
5 stations.
3 Cs, 2 As.
gahhs, standing broad jump, pull-up and sit-and-reach.
jump wasn't my forte anyway, at least i managed to scrape a 'c'. heh.
pull-up, swinging so much by the 5th pull, can't carry on momentum ler. hehs.
sit-and-reach.. i feel it was wasted sia. haix.
okays, tomorrow 2.4km run!
nothing can stop me from scoring in that.
<10minutes! muahahahaha.
then netball.
woohoo!
-----
okays, just got back from the EV thingy.
mrs lee made me the 'scribe', typing out what the students said.
good excuse for me to slack, and not answer questions.
i also gave a few 'comments' in typing. =P
a maths, jialat.
binomial is such a drag. zzz.
this time just let me at least pass can ler.
i duwan go for extra test!! *keeping fingers crossed*

okays, thats it.
its almost dinenertime.

hellos! =)

i'm quite pleased today. why?
got back quite a few test papers.
aced all of them except for one physics paper on static.
and pure carelessness robbed me of perfection in the electricity test.
but at least my coaching helped cindy do well. hahas.
anyone wants tuition one bandung per lesson!! hahas. jking.
don't really dare to claim what i'm not. hehs.
-----
okays, today our class seemed emptier than usual.
the choir girls left super early, for their SYF.
Wish them luck, do GM proud! ^^
and to kenny, your sickness quite scary, as they described it just now.
Get well soon! [chances are that he won't even read this, ah wdv.]
my attention span held all the way till the 1.15pm period.
during the a maths class, i dozed.
physics, half-there and half-not-there.
immediately after, english remedial, 90% gone.
combined remedials aren't that effective anyway. x)
-----
i just realized that the compositions i write, if narrative, are usual reflections of what i'm not.
i find that the characters i portray in my compos are usually people with personalities that i want to have.
well, since i can't have it, might as well use them as ideas for essays eh?
>.<
-----
Mid-Year Examinations in a little more than a fortnight's time.
start mugging people!! myself included... ><
jiayous f4-2ers!! ^^v

ah shit~
its 2.20am in the morning.
and i don't feel like sleeping. wtf.
i'm playing the song on my blog again, and again, and again, and again.
When the stars go blueeeee, blueeeeee.
ah what the hell.
peeling the damn dead-skins aren't as easy as it sounds too.
damned, lagi rot liddat. T_T
whats wrong with me....
blehhs.
must be all the food just now...
>.<>
2.22am..

would you rather live your life, happily from day to day??
or live your life each day, constantly conscious of what you are doing..
so that when you reflect, you won't go, "what did i do today?"
time flies, what truly is forever. eternity?
what the heck.
everyday, 24hours disappear before you know it..
u will the clock to go ffaster during the school hours,
and before you know it, its the end of another day.
odds are that nothing much accomplished.
stoning, thinking, and after that with no idea what did have you just thought about.
an empty mind. what's wrong.
you always hear, only when you have a goal, then you will set out to begin the process.
heck short-term, whats the goal of my life. the ultimate goal.
whats after death? just a space where nothing exist?
where you hear, see, feel and touch nothing?
oblivion, ceasing to exist. but whats exist.
so many questions, when can we really get the answers.
i wanna slow down, and think.
but my own personality, the pace of life restricts me from doing that,
this and that...
thus the flaws of human nature..

as usual, lamenting, crapping, bitching...
whatever. zzz...
-_-w

hellos~ another post after a week.
quite an ordinary week. as usual.
what can you expect from a 15-year-old. ><
ah wdv. =)
life's still good. ^^v
-----
Adventure Quest
okays, so the above event.
quite screwed.
seeing as the progress got from good to very bad.
we camped overnight at the school the day before.
loads of hydrating, water mixed with glucose, this and that.
slept ard 11plus. woke up at 2.30am.
our transport was a van, sort of. small one. hahas.
4.30am- reached the NorthBrook Secondary School.
starting/ending point of the AQ 2007.
registerations, map-plotting, napping, briefing, and finally flagged off at 6.30am.
Start of Leg1.
the start was chaotic, people cheering and running. idiots.
coz' we saw them around the next bend, already walking.
okays, so my team kept up a steady pace, spirits high.
the protein mix in our hydration packs also worked wonders to the fatigued.
okays, so the 1st leg took us through quite a fair bit of vegetation. almost majority.
okays, fast-forward. we finished leg1, top 5 teams.
left within 15minutes, after a quick energy snack, and map-plotting.
Start of Leg2.
Highlights of this Leg: Cycling, Kayaking, Rappeling.
jogging, pacing. the effort to mantain more or less kept the team quiet.
but the 'connection' between everyone was undeniable.
"Don't Give Up", "Jia You", "We can do this!".
quite oft-heard.
so 1st we went for our bikes, at the place where leg3 was scheduled to start.
for some funny reason, the entrance to the undeveloped area for leg3,
eerily looked reminded me of the entrance to Jurrasic Park. >< [more of that later].
Sembawang Beach, kayaking. the conditions were perfect.
weather was nice and sunny, not sweltering. occasional breeze. sea was calm.
and our top-5 position was really a motivator.
so we went out, they said it was abt 2km, 3 klicks? felt like more.
but we were to hit another station, to collect sweets, 1 for each. that makes 4.
on the journey back, one of my teammates dropped 2, in a sudden current.
we figured, since we still had 2, it was proof enough, so we headed back.
but no, we were told that we needed 4. that was the first major setback.
so we went out again. by the time we returned, we estimated our position doubled.
so next stop, SCDF HQ. rappeling, first aid. in twos, i chose the rappeling.
7 storeys high. took me about 3minutes to run up the stairs. about a minute to rappel down.
it was over before i ever thought of backing out.
but one reason was because the rope was too hot for a gradual descent, and another was that,
i couldn't stop myself. =P
after that, took about 5 minutes to hit the bike point. estimated position: 16th.
Start of Leg3.
remember the part i said about Jurrasic Park.
well, slightly of an exaggaration.
front: gravel road. rear: gravel road. sides: trees. up: a bleeding scorching sun.
by then, it was like 1pm.
we were told it was a training ground, off-limits to passers-by.
and there was 8 checkpoints within. more than 2km sq, less than 4 on the map.
we figured it would be easy. finish by 2pm.
the rough terrain made cycling a real pain-in-the-ass, but we needed to go fast.
2pm came and went. turned out to be a lot tougher than we expected.
the roads all seemed similar, especially when everyone was super-shagged.
then it started pouring at 3.15pm. we were like 3/4 done.
orders to head back to the starting point. whole thing was off. finished.
estimated position: 18th. used a lot of time back-tracking and re-checking.
so at the bike point, there in the rain. our little group, dejected.
our officers sure took their time in coming to pick us and the bikes up.
so conclusion? We failed.
it really sucked to admit it. but we screwed up. but we did our best.
How much? Only my team knows.
-----
the past week was relatively routine.
kudos to Danny, good performance after school on Wednesday~
really looking forward to your performance during the Arts' Nite. =)) Jiayou!
oh yea, Happy Good Friday to all Christians out there.
so, how did i spend 'yesterday'.
had a group over to my house to study.
caixing, jiaxin, phyllis, yanling, dena and joyce. cindy joined in later.
while we did study.... not for long.
we had a nice show earlier, [link: dena's blog. =P]
really "lucky" sia...... damn~
but it was fun, hoped all you people who came felt that way too. ^^
okays, my sunburns are all starting to peel. really looks damn 'eew'.
so, in direct defiance to dena's advice, i shall 'eliminate' all the dead skin.
coz' i also get goosebumps just looking at it. >.<
after that i think i'm gonna sleep.
another long day tml, home.
homework. never-ending pile. haix.. ><
and for the first time in a long time, i'm owing homework. =P
-----
a little something before i sign off this lengthy post.
