back, back
back from america.. and soon back to school.. woot... the holidays are coming to an end... and i'm starting a new yr of sec3.. kinda looking forward to it whee.... ok.. "mei guo zhi you..." 19th morning... 6+ wake up take taxi to changi airport check in and stuff blah blah blah i think 8 or 9+ then board plane take off... if it was a direct flight from sg to america will take 18hrs.. so there was a stopover somewhere in japan... den continue to san francsico reach around late afternoon, since the time diff is 13hrs before in america i tink..watched quite a few movies on board.. yea.. then 1st i went the the golden gate bridge... only that it is a big red bridge that connects 2 places over water... very good view.. then went to pier 39... its something like a shopping district.. food, shopping and such... and there i tried the clam chowder.. onli that there is no clam.. but hey thats what they put on the board... juz like mushroom soup... thick soup in a bread bowl... so the whole thing is like edible.. quite nice.. but its those kinda of food that u wanna try juz once.. and there was sea lions!! yea.. big, fat and lazy.. and they go "art, art, art" lol... den shopping then hotel sleep... day 2... cant remember go where.. but went back to the peir 39...... the original name should be fisherman's wharf btw... a few rides and such...den cant rememeber did what for the rest of the day.. den go back sleep.... day 3.... take domestic flight to las vegas... 1hr liddat onli.. slept throughout the whole thing... when going down can see a bird's eye view of vegas... its DAMN NICE.... blazing lights all around.... and vegas is known as the city that never sleeps.. we went straight to de hotel... check in then go for night walk... very nice... got this hotel... is think name is "The Mirage"... every hour got a mock volcano eruption... lights, fire, water... all come together form a very nice display.... oh yea.... jackpot machines are like so darn common in vegas.. every good hotel sure have a casino.... every almost every building around that area are adorned with blazing lights.. laser shows take place at some shopping centres.. den there was a moving statue performance... its like a fountain but during the performance the fountain stops then the statues move around telling a story of something... then lasers form pictures on the ceiling... by now u might be wondering where vegas get all these electricity from.... well... 2nd day at vegas we went to hoover dam.... hydro-electric power and such.. den go to outlet stores to shop at "unbeatable prices!!" as shown on the big boards... wdv.. den we visited The Grand Canyon.. the view was awesome... if u fall in i think you will take a long time to hit ground... whoo..... then long bus ride to los angeles.. most of which i spent sleeping xD.. LA nothing much... juz shopping and Disneyland!! very nice.. and 1st time i dare to take alot of rolloer coaster rides.... whoo.. nicee then opposite disneyland was another theme park.. Californian adventure.. alt of rides.. but a hollywood tower terror is the one that leaves a lasting impression on me.. 1st see some movie... then the ride.... sit in an enclosed space... then the "container" will shoot upwards and suddenly drop down.. whoo... u can hardly breathe... cool.. den next day go universal studios theme park... same things... roller coasters... simulators.. and their simulators are all almost kinda real... pressurised air and stuff.. shooting water in yr face.. den one mroe day then go home liao... afternoon flight... come back this morning... 2am+.. then sleep until 8+... now going to maple for the last 4-5 days then school reopen liao..... oh well ok... until next timee..................
